Service Description
🚨PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: At this time, my services are not covered by MSP (BC) or extended insurance providers. If you have any questions about this, please contact me at hello@bainsnutrition.com. Refunds will not be issued for sessions booked under the assumption of provincial/state or other coverage. Book your initial call here. During our 20-minute call, I will learn about your current situation, answer any initial questions, outline what our sessions will look like, and provide insights on the results you can expect. The $20 fee secures your appointment and acts as a deposit. If we decide to move forward together, it will be applied in full to your first paid session. Offered in English and Punjabi. If the listed times don't work for your schedule, please reach out to hello@bainsnutrition.com and we will find a suitable time.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your 20-minute Initial Consult. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice, or missing the appointment entirely (a no-show), will result in the forfeiture of your $20 booking fee. If you need to change your scheduled time, please reach out via email (andy@bainsnutrition.com) as soon as possible so we can accommodate the change.
