🚨PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: At this time, my services are not covered by MSP (BC) or extended insurance providers. If you have any questions about this, please contact me at hello@bainsnutrition.com. Refunds will not be issued for sessions booked under the assumption of provincial/state or other coverage. Use this option to book your convenient online session for personalized guidance. An hour-long session to address your specific concerns as discussed in our initial consultation. You can also use this option to book a follow-up appointment or have your specific questions answered in detail. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet (default) or another platform upon request. Offered in English and Punjabi.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation We understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, there are no fees for rescheduling or cancelling your session, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy To respect the time and commitment of both you and Bains Nutrition, failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice (including missed appointments or no-shows) will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled session cost. Payment and Insurance Please note that nutrition services provided by Bains Nutrition are not covered by the Medical Services Plan (MSP) of British Columbia and are not universally covered by all extended health insurance providers. Please verify before booking. All bookings are final, and refunds cannot be issued for sessions booked under the assumption of insurance coverage.
