Service Description
Use this option to book your in-person session for personalized guidance. An hour-long session to address your specific concerns as discussed in our initial consultation. You can also use this option to book a follow-up appointment or have your specific questions answered in detail. Sessions are held at 13181 73A Ave, V3W 8V4 in Surrey, BC, Canada. Offered in English and Punjabi.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation: We understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, there are currently no fees for rescheduling or cancelling your paid session, provided that you notify us at least one hour ahead of your scheduled appointment time. No-Show Policy: To respect the time and commitment of both you and Bains Nutrition, failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 1 hour's notice prior to your scheduled appointment time (i.e., a no-show with less than 1 hour's notice) will result in a fee equivalent to 20% of the scheduled session cost. Payment and Insurance: Please note that nutrition services provided by Bains Nutrition are currently not covered by the Medical Services Plan (MSP) of British Columbia or private insurance policies. This service is a 100% out-of-pocket expense for all clients.
