Service Description
🚨PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: At this time, my services are not covered by MSP (BC) or extended insurance providers. If you have any questions about this, please contact me at hello@bainsnutrition.com. Refunds will not be issued for sessions booked under the assumption of provincial/state or other coverage. Book your initial consultation here. During our 15-minute meeting, I will learn about your current situation, answer any initial questions, outline what our sessions will look like, and provide insights on the results you can expect. The $15 fee secures your appointment and acts as a refundable deposit. As long as you show-up or cancel with at least 24-hours notice, this fee is 100% refundable, or can be put towards a paid session. Offered in English and Punjabi. If the listed times don't work for your schedule, please reach out to hello@bainsnutrition.com and we will find a suitable time.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation We understand that life can be unpredictable. Therefore, there are no fees for rescheduling or cancelling your session, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy To respect the time and commitment of both you and Bains Nutrition, failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice (including missed appointments or no-shows) will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled session cost. For 15-Minute Initial Consultations (In-Person/Online): The $15 booking deposit is fully refundable upon attendance. However, missing this appointment or cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Payment and Insurance Please note that nutrition services provided by Bains Nutrition are not covered by the Medical Services Plan (MSP) of British Columbia and are not universally covered by all extended health insurance providers. Please verify before booking. All bookings are final, and refunds cannot be issued for sessions booked under the assumption of insurance coverage.
